At ShoplyDealKraft, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a generous 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- You must have your order confirmation or receipt
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return a product:
- Contact us — Send an email to info@shoplydealkraft.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return instructions — We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item — Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship it back — Send the package to the address provided in our return instructions
- Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refund Process and Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Inspection: 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund processing: Within 14 days of approving the return
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase
- Bank processing: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@shoplydealkraft.shop. Include your order number and photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected at no cost to you and send the correct item as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Items without original packaging
- Hygiene-related products that have been unsealed
- Items returned after the 30-day return window

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
