Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. The processing period includes order verification, product preparation, and handover to the shipping carrier.

  • Orders placed before 14:00 (EET) on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the real-time status and location of your package through the carrier's website or app.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@shoplydealkraft.shop with your order number.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, adverse weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has not been scanned or updated for more than 5 business days, or if the package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@shoplydealkraft.shop. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to redirect the shipment.

Damaged Packages
