How Order Tracking Works
Once your order has been shipped, we send you a tracking number via email. This unique tracking number allows you to monitor the real-time status of your delivery as it travels from our warehouse to your door. Tracking is available for all orders, free of charge.
Step-by-Step Tracking Guide
- Check your email — After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Click the tracking link — Click the link in the email to go directly to the shipping carrier's website, where you can see the current status and location of your package in real time.
- Monitor your delivery — The tracking page will show the progress of your shipment, including when it arrives at sorting facilities, when it clears customs (if applicable), and when it is out for final delivery to your address.

What If I Have Not Received Tracking Information?
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder — The shipping confirmation email may have been automatically filtered by your email provider
- Verify your email address — Make sure the email address associated with your order is correct and accessible
- Allow time for activation — Tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours after dispatch to become active in the carrier's system
- Contact us — If you still cannot find your tracking information, email us at info@shoplydealkraft.shop or call +40 0723 266 197 with your order number and we will provide you with the tracking details
Common Tracking Statuses

Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if the tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us immediately at info@shoplydealkraft.shop. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
